Dubai: Get ready to celebrate the 51st UAE National Day with a range of entertainment, events and experiences taking place across Dubai.
Organized by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), the celebrations will take place in Dubai from December 2nd to 11th and will include 10 days of events, concerts, fireworks, shopping, dining experiences and entertainment.

Go to Al Seef and The Beach across from JBR and Bluewaters on December 2nd at 8:00pm; or The Pointe and Dubai Festival City Mall at 9pm.
concerts and shows
Head to the stunning Al Wasl Plaza in Expo City on December 2nd for an incredible night of music featuring leading artists from the Emirates and the GCC, including Eidha Al Mehali and Dalia Mubarak. Admission is at 6:30 p.m., the show runs from 8:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Tickets start from just Dh100 and can be purchased from Platinumlist.
At the Dubai Festival City Mall on December 2 at 8pm, Fayez Al Saeed will host the Opening Ceremony at Festival Bay with a live concert, followed by a specially choreographed IMAGINE and fireworks show that will light up the sky at 9pm at 9pm Flag of United Arab Emirates will light up.
Emirati singer Shamma Hamdan will perform in the fountain area of City Walk at 8:30pm on December 2; while over at Dubai Opera, Moroccan comedian Abdul Rahman Ouaabed, popularly known as EKO, will have a show at 8pm.
The King of 90s Pop, Lucky Ali, will perform at The Agenda on December 3rd as part of the Winter Music Fest, which will bring some of Bollywood’s most popular musicians to town.
Residents and tourists can also immerse themselves in Korean culture through a Hallyu-themed exhibition at the Mall of the Emirates Art Center, running until December 3; while shoppers can enjoy traditional music performed by the traveling Al Harbia Band on December 2nd and 3rd at various malls across Dubai.
Modesch and Dana
From December 2-11, shoppers will have the opportunity to meet iconic characters Modesh and Dana as the friends visit some of the city’s most iconic locations. To greet them, be sure to visit Mall of the Emirates, Mirdif City Center, City Walk, Dubai Festival City Mall, Gate Avenue, Ibn Battuta Mall, The Circle, Nakheel Mall, Al Khawaneej Walk, Deira city center and Riverland Dubai at Dubai Parks & Resorts.
The Dubai Festival City Mall will feature flag decorations and roaming entertainment throughout December 2nd. UAE nationals who shop for Dh300 or more from 1st to 5th December have a chance to win Air Arabia tickets for two.
Mercato Mall will host live entertainment, music parades and fun activities for the whole family from December 2nd to 4th. Children can take part in creative workshops and have their faces painted with UAE-themed motifs.
At The Pointe, in addition to the fireworks and fountain show on December 2nd at 9pm, there will also be activities on the event plaza for the little ones.
La Mer and The Beach across from JBR have special offers December 2-4. Visit. On December 3rd, La Mer will host a traditional Al Harbia band to entertain visitors.
Also visit Al Khawaneej Walk, BoxPark and Last Exit Al Khawaneej for exclusive dining, shopping and entertainment. There is also a special hospitality tent with coffee and date service, a falconry show and music from December 2nd to 4th from 4pm to 10pm. Also, UAE National Day Parade will be held on December 2nd at BoxPark and Last Exit Al Khawaneej.
Ibn Battuta Mall will host fun activities for kids including henna artists, face painting, origami and sand bottle workshops at the main entrance of Egypt Court in front of Kidz Palooza from December 2nd to 4th.
Restaurants across the city have special offers and curated tasting menus and events. At the Lido on Queen Elizabeth 2 there will be a sumptuous buffet of authentic Arabic food for only Dh150 per person including soft drinks and water. Children under the age of 6 eat for free and children from 6 to 11 receive a 50% discount.
Mondoux pastry chefs will create a giant United Arab Emirates flag with bespoke cream and berry cakes. All restaurant guests are offered a slice of cake on the house in celebration of the UAE National Day.
There is also a culinary feast at JA Resort and an exclusive performance by renowned Emirati singer Fatima Zahrat Al-Ain and her daughter Rawda.
Emirati Monno Ristorante serves diners a limited-edition UAE flag pizza cooked in true Neapolitan style, while Mangolia Bakery Springs Souk has specialty cupcakes.

The Budx FIFA Fan Festival in Dubai Port can accommodate up to 10,000 football fans to celebrate the beautiful game. International artists like Brazilian diva Ludmilla and local DJs like Mr. Shef Codes, Kaboo and Flippside will provide electric vibes between and after matches.

This community challenge brings together runners of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to experts, to celebrate this momentous occasion. From December 3rd to February 17th, the world-renowned Murder Mystery experience makes its way to Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai. This 90-minute interactive entertainment program allows participants to use their detective skills to solve a mystery, uncovering mysteries and hidden motives.
