9-10 am The Ecology Center offers this hands-on lab on soil and seeds so people can learn about gardening, storing seeds, and what foods are appropriate to grow at a particular time of year. 9-11 am South OC Cars and Coffee, billed as the world’s largest weekly car gathering, draws a mix of 500-1,000 hypercars, supercars, exotics, vintage, classic, muscle and sports cars, hot rods, rat rods, pickups , 4x4s and more to motorcycles.
